1. Shipping Costs

Contiguous United States: We offer Free Shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states.

Non-Contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico): Shipping rates for these locations are calculated based on weight and dimension. Please note that orders to these destinations may require a custom freight quote. A member of our team will contact you to confirm the shipping cost before finalizing your order.
2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (MST) are typically processed the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please note: Custom-sized filters are made to order and may require additional production time.
3. Delivery Time (Transit Time) Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Standard Shipping (FedEx Ground): 1-4 business days within the contiguous United States.

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-2 days) + Transit Time (1-4 days).
4. Carriers We primarily use FedEx Ground to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Occasionally, we may use other reputable carriers (such as UPS or USPS) depending on the package size and destination.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 24 hours of shipment.
6. Wrong Address & Order Changes Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.

Before Shipment: If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately at info@amorairshop.com.

After Shipment: We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
