Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Amorair. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Return Period We accept returns for standard-size air filters within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it.
Unused and in its original packaging.
Free from any damage.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-sized filters: Please note that custom-made filters are manufactured specifically for your order and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping Costs To ensure transparency, here is how shipping costs are handled:
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged product, a defective item, or the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind / Ordered Wrong Size): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size by mistake, you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping costs. You may use your own shipping method, or we can provide a label and deduct the cost from your refund.
4. No Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
5. How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at info@amorairshop.com with your Order Name (or Number), Date of Order, and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund officially.
